I'm trying to buy purchase FM16 via Digital FM2016 purchase but when I tried to fill in the form I get the following error:
Country provided in the form is different from the one indicated by geolocalisation (please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information)
the website shows these countries as places were they do not sell:
This sale is not open to people resident in: Germany, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, India, Turkey, South America, Russia & CIS, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei
But I'm in the Netherlands, tried it via my broadband connection, provider is Ziggo which has millions of customers in the Netherlands. I also tried to purchase it with smartphone on the 4G network ( KPN, Netherlands ) but again no luck.
I already emailed nexway but no response. Have any of you experienced the same problems as me ?
