I'm trying to reconstruct my hometown league (Peru) and everything seems fine but I need advice because here 2 teams don't get promotion to First Division from the Second Division. Instead, the champion from Second Division gets promoted and the winner from a kind of domestic cup gets the promotion too. My question is how do I create that cup? Because that cup allows only non-First or Second division teams to participate (In real life) so I'm having troubles with creating this. I just don't know how. Also the second place on this cup get promoted to Second Division while the last team in Second Division gets relegated to the cup
