HELP with fake names

Hi, basically i am seeking help because when i turn on FM the names are all correct, and after advance one day they all become fake names... HELP PLEASE!!!

Buy the game and don't use a pirated version, then you won't have any trouble.

First excuse me for my poor english.
Saturday I had the same problem on my game (and I bought it) and I've got the solution for a steam version.

1. In FM game menu (the screen to load a party or a new game) go to Préférences\additional files and Disable Fake Option

2. Go back to Steam, Football Manager 2016, -Right Click-\properties\Local Files\ and Verify Integrity of game cache

You Can try if it's work with only the step 2...

In my database/db folder I have 1600,1601 & 1630 .

Any idea what to do with the 1630 stuff? I've done as instructed with Daniel real name fix etc, but nothing changes in game..

Please help us

you do the same thing you did with the 1600 and 1601 folders. In fact this applies to ALL updates.

based on your post it seems that you have the pirated version of the game. If so then you're screwed.

It seemed weird, Germany national team didn't update until season 2, but everything else worked a charm
