Genie Scout Bug

Hi,

There is a bug on my FM Genie Scout Tool.

All the players are born in Brunei, Cuba or Caiman, they are all Goalkeeper and they've got an amazing rating...

The only good information are name, last name, CA, PA, wages, value.

Any idea how to solve this bug ??

If you get wrong names, positions, stats, etc... read this.

The last 2 posts are irrelevant to the previous ones.
It could be anything, for example:
- having GS idle for too long (a couple of hours) and then trying to access it
- needing to run GS as administrator
- aggressive antivirus
Most common workaround: Quit GS and reopen it.

I have the same problem as them. I have not antivirus at this moment, I run the genie G as admin and it doesn't work. I've reinstalled it three or four times, and is not working.
On the other hand, the free version works fine. So I don't think is our problem.
