pre Game Editor question

I downloaded a database where the Spring schedule is 10 games and Fall schedule is 22 IRL but in fm16 the person has 6 spring and 7 fall anyone know how to edit how many games the league plays

access the advanced rules it will all be shown there

I have tried looking in the access advanced but because that is the default of 13 and 13 its not shown in there or i should say does not say anything about fall or spring season schedule
