Introduction

Hey there, my name is James. I just became the manager of F.C. Internazionale, better known as Inter Milan, who play at the Giuseppe Meazza. Coincidentally, our fiercest rivals play in the same arena. Being a Manchester United fan, I know the feeling of former success. Inter are a club who have won 18 Serie A titles, along with 3 UEFA Champions League's and 7 Italian Cups. I want to return this club to former glory, by signing young players along with experienced and proven superstars. Of course, this means dead wood will have to be moved on.

I'll present monthly reports of this journey, where I'll seek to overthrow the iron fist of the mighty Juventus, seek European glory, and return Inter Milan to the great status in which they belong.

Forza Inter, Forza Nerazzurri.
Good luck mate, there was a really cool Inter story on the site for FM15 so hopefully yours can fill that gap for FM16!
Yeh there has been some class Inter stories on here, so PLENTY to live up to here but best of luck with it and welcome to the forum!

Transfer Roundup!

Ross Barkley - Everton - £27,000,000
The 21 year old Englishman is already making a scene in world football and looks to grow even better. Getting him for under thirty mill was a challenge, but I managed to get him by offering to loan him back to Everton for a season.
Dries Mertens - Napoli - £9,000,000
This 28 year old Belgian is an expert at Serie A league play. A proven attacking mid bought for a relatively low amount of money. His playtime will decrease with Barkley’s arrival but he’s guaranteed to make a profit for the club.
Joel Veltman - Ajax - £2,400,000
A quality Dutch centre-back, Joel Veltman has proven himself in the Eredivise for Ajax Amsterdam, so for the low fee I’m hoping he can make waves in Serie A.

Marco Andreolli - Bournemouth - £3,800,000
Francesco Bardi - Fiorentina - £2,100,000
Rodrigo Palacio - Tottenham Hotspur - £1,800,000
Daniel Bessa - Lanciano - £170,000
Juan Jesus - PSG - £17,000,000
Danilo D’Ambrosio - Leicester - £7,500,000
Ross Barkley - Everton - Loan
George Puscas - Carpi - Loan
Frederico Dimarco - Crotone - Loan

All In all, I tried to get rid of dead wood. Juan Jesus had fulfilled his potential, and PSG offered more than his worth, so I accepted. Palacio was on wages far too high for his role in the squads future.

Forza Inter - Forza Nerazzurri
@mgriffin2012, @Griffo - Thanks guys, gonna look to try and make it a good save. No guarantees. Though the first few games are full of drama.

PSA: I've got mock exams over the next two weeks so posts will be semi-regular.
Good luck at Inter. Some good buys in the transfer window
Great buy getting Barkley so cheap, even if you did have to loan him back. Was tremendous for my Everton side so money very well spent I'd say.
Some good looking transfers but think selling Juan Jesus could be a mistake :P
Forza Milan!!
