Better youth squad ?

Are there any ways to generate better youth joining my club in the new season？

ehm improving youth facilities? that should add a few better youth regens.

i played Man utd before which had the highest level of youth training facilities, but i still could not get good youth players.

are there other factors that affect the intake of youth

its just your luck im afraid. I mean im playing in the scottish/english league and for the past 3 or 4 seasons Cowdenbeath have had some fantastic regens, but their facilities are rubbish !!!

i would agree with Ralight on this one. it's depend on your luck, i have upgraded my youth facilities to top facilities and never got any players with pot. ability higher than 150.

ended up buying them from other team or wait until they become free at the end of the season =P

People just to know that the team which has the best youth facilities in the game along with Arsenal is ManU and Athletic Bilbao!
