How do I stop random people joining my FM Online Game?

It's a bit annoying as all the real managers keep getting sacked and I have to remove the player from the game and add the manager back. Is there any way to private an online game when in it? I just want me and my friend to be able to play on our own without other people.

create the online game with a password, then just give the password to whoever u want to join
