Lewie Roberts - A Saint of the South

Hello! I'm Lewie Roberts. Today, I became manager of Southampton F.C.. I can't believe I made it at just 20 years old, to think just 3 years ago I was in school just having my dinner, possibly revising for a subject! Since then, I've managed to work hard to get my badges and although I have no playing experience, I feel so proud of myself to get this job.

I was reading up on some fans' opinions on my appointment, and this is what I found:

A mix of positive and negative responses, I guess it's up to me to prove myself! Well that is all on the first day, I hope you will continue to read!

Strengths

Shane Long - Don't rate him, although he's pacey, he's on £60k a week, which is a lot here which could be spent on other players who fit my tactic more.

Cuco Martina - Don't know how he is still here, much better options for a backup RB than him.

Florin Gardos - He's 5th choice CB, and will not play any games due to wanting to give youth a chance in cups.

Targets

Jetro Willems - LB - Price - £7.5m



He fits our tactic perfectly, and can be got for a very cheap price compared to his quality.

Maicon - RB - Price - £0



A replacement for Martina, he will provide experience here, and also fits the tactic perfectly.

Maximilian Philipp - CAM/ST - Price - £15m



If I had to class him as similar as someone, he's sorta like a less skilled version of Firmino, which is what I'm looking for. He's just 22, but looks talented and has good potential
