Hi can anyone help, i am just wondering why my nation of Germany does not work as in why they are not real players??

si couldnt get the licenses for germany, it has been that way for a long time! and unlikely to change
does that mean i could sign a player with germany nationality with just international appearances and he will never play for germany and therefore i wont pay for him?

I'm sick and tired of arguing whether or not Germany is playable and can or cannot Germany be "normal".
The answers:
You CAN play as manager of Germany!
Germany CAN be reset and it can act like every other normal national team in FM! This includes real player call-ups!
This DOES NOT REQUIRE STARTING A NEW GAME! Only a bit of tinkering, and no editing.
