Getting players to settle into the club

Hi, I am having troubles getting one of my players to settle into the general area (Crewe) according to what the press are saying. However he is playing well with in the club and scoring goals too but every so often and now becoming more often there is a news letter telling me he can't settle. What can i do??
The player is:
James Rodriguez - A knwn wonderkid i think...Still a good player anyway :con

I know him; AMLC I think.
Just wait and he will settle eventually... or you could interact with him and suggest to give him a rest. He might settle quicker this way.
As long as he's consistent though, just ignore what he says.

Ok thanks m8, I was worried that it may spoil his form for me which is really good at the moment. Playing well from the central position helping my strikers out.
