Can't change club names

Hi, I can't change any club names. The changes will be visible in the editor, but not in the game when starting a new save. I am NOT talking about non-licensed leagues like the German league. I'm talking about all other leagues. For example: when changing the name of, for example, PSV Eindhoven to PSV, nothing happens. Same with Italian clubs. However, when changing the names of Dutch lower league clubs, there isn't a problem.

I have installed a patch fixing the German league. Maybe this patch is interfering with things?

This might sound like a bit of a stupid question, but are you sure you've actually been saving your changes? Or picking your edited database when starting a new game?

Yes, because changes in stadium records and players are fine. And I do select the correct editor data files

Still doesn't work in FMSE 2020.
