What am I Doing Wrong??

Half way through the second season managing Pisa in Serie B, I managed to get good players for the team, enough quality to easily survive the Serie A. I tried different tactics that started out well, but eventually 'stopped working'. I'll post my starting 11 players as well as my formation and instructions, and I hope someone could help me

As you can see these players are really good compared to others in the same division, and half of them are getting good individual ratings, but the results aren't coming...

Sometimes during a season, the AI works out your tatic and you can't do as well against your team, also if your tatic is the same or similar to some teams in the league, the AI will work out the tatic quicker
