Copa Libertadores & Copa Sudamericana broken?

I have been doing a hexagon save and everything had been going well as i had won the Oceania Champions League and had played in both the Asian & African Champions Leagues too but i moved to Colo-Colo and played a 1st round match in the Copa Sudamericana and got through but the 2nd round was never drawn this happened 2 seasons in a row and then i won the league and there's been no draw for the Libertadores at all and had a look at the fixture screen and there hasnt been a game played in the competition since 2024 and im now in 2026. Can anyone help with this or is my hexagon challenge over?

I have had the exact same problem, I'm with Flamengo in the year 2039. A round has not been drawn since 2035, did you ever find a fix?
