Can't see highlights of the match

Hello,

whenever i play a match in fm17 and finish it and win or lose or tie(doesn't matter)
then at the end i always see my game and a short story and who scored and how they scored. and i can click on that and then i get send to the match and the certain highlight off it but now i can't see anything i only see the commentator talking but nothing happening on the field.

does anyone know why this is?
