match jumpey when playin demo

I have been playing the demo but when it comes to the game its very jumpey and out of sync, my graphics has 4 stars so I really don't know whats wrong and its stopping me frim buying the full game

any ideas?

also in the editor can you still give your team more money like previous versions ?

in terms of the game; how much RAM/Processing power does your computer have? I'd suggest that may be the issue, but I couldn't be 100%, because I play on 2D, rather than 3D
