As I was trying to build my legendary 2021 Cagliari XI in FIFA I noticed that there was a problem with all the other FM to FIFA ratings converters. They all seem to stick to the same simplified formula of just multiplying the FM attribute ratings of players by 5 which would produce inaccurate and inadequate players in FIFA.. so I made my own! I've seen a lot of people asking around for something like this and my team came out great on FIFA so I figured I'd share it, when creating or editing your players in FIFA just use this for each attribute and it should create an accurate player:
