IGS issue showing up

I have an issue where the IGS will only show up for a couple of players, has anyone else experienced this?

I am using FM Genie Scout 17g V1.0 17.3.1 with the latest verison of FM 17, windows 10, windowed mode, have the key file.

Let me know if there is more information I can relay to help sort this out.
