First of all FMSE2017 is a cracking bit of software but since the latest update i can not install the program. It says its been installed but its nowhere on the computer.
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
That's odd, considering we've introduced the auto-creation of a desktop shortcut in the latest version. There's no FMSE17 shortcut on desktop for you?

Thanks for the reply but no there is no shortcut. Like i said it was working a few days ago then went to run it yesterday which it started but it told me there was an update which i did and that was it, nowhere to be seen and also it say installed ok but its nowhere on the PC.

Could you please share some details for your OS?
We've tested with Windows 10 and 7 and didn't encounter such issues.
And you're certain there's no trace of it within Windows start menu?
Did you download the setup file from the download page here or via the native update checker of the app?
Can you find the program in Windows control panel in order to uninstall it?
I'm guessing you've already tried installing it more than once?
Funny enough its in the Uninstall/Change control panel but to actually find in on the computer is near impossible. I've tried the search box and it only shows me options on the web. I simply cannot find it anywhere :-(
