It's not an automated process, Eugene will manually handle it eventually. Be patient please.

i think it probably depends on how busy Eugene is and how many people have donated - he sent me an email back within 24 hours.
the no ads version is worth a donation - and will hopefully help Eugene producing FMScout for many seasons to come!

Just made a small donation on what is closing in on a week ago now, but I've yet to hear from Eugene or anyone else, this is starting to feel somewhat like a scham :|
I've donated yesterday, i'm waiting for the no-ad version because it's a very nice tool. Hopefully i had the no-ad version a.s.a.p. because the ad-version is very frustating.

FMScout.com is not responsible for the processing of your donations regarding Genie Scout.
This is a personal matter of Eugene himself; we just host the donation form and instruct people what Eugene asked us to: whoever donates, will eventually receive the ad-free version either as an email attachment or a download link in a post-donation email.
We apologize if you happen to experience any post-donation delays receiving your ad-free version of the application; it's not our responsibility to handle this process and it certainly isn't an automated one.
Eugene will see your donations and will make sure you get what you donated for.
