Pre-game tactical advices

Before every game, my assistent manager hands my some tactical advices, that he finds usefull. I have notices that his suggested formation always is his preffered formation, so no matter who I am facing, it\s always the same suggestions regarding formation

sixteen views and no one helps smh! I have noticed the same but I dont pay attention to the advise because I am the manager, I have a philosophy and and a tactical plan that not only encompasses the present but the future also. If the assistant wants to change tactics he can as well leave my club and get a job as a manager and experiment with tactics. How dare he tell me what to do , after leading many teams to champions league glory he thinks he can compete with my tactics no way.
