Hi guys! I'm planning on taking a team and basically 'getting rid' of all the players over say 23 years old. So I'm left with a very young team, where I can grow the players into legends.
Just wondered if anybody had done anything like this before? Any team recommendations maybe?
Also would anyone be interested in reading my journey through this save if I was to regularly post my season(s) onto the forum.

Thanks in advance
Hi - interesting concept.

I tend to always aim for young players where possible - current save I'm averaging out about 22 for average age of players bought so I can tell you it works but you need to be a little more adventurous at times.

If you want to go for a club with a lot of ready made young stars then there are a few to choose from - Man City being a prime example. Assuming you want, you know, a bit more of a challenge, then what about someone like Benfica - huge number of prospects and talents with a well established route for you to claim more.

Final option and the one I'd go for in your shoes would be someone like Partizan or Ajax - a smaller team with European pedigree in their history. Aim to lift the Champions League with a team of youngsters!
