My problem is the striker, average rating is always bad.
A lot of people have reported problems with strikers. Me not so much. Maybe try using him as an advanced forward to get the most out of Lukaku, I personally think that's where he plays best.
Maybe use two IF on attack to try and link up the play between the strikers and midfield.
You're going to be a little vulnerable in midfield, particularly your right side. Playing a FBS, CMD and RMD is going to leave big pockets of space. Maybe try Lukaku on CFS, a right winger on support and the full back on a supporting role too. Also have a look how your midfield three are working in game as you may need to adjust the the shape.

Lukaku decent scoring rate and Avg
Pogba really gets involved now

Things to do: Improve conversion rate of shots to goals
Even though, I have managed teams with Target man type of strikers (and I have used them in Target Man role). I have not seen much success, but I believe the reason for that is when you use a target man, you will need set your team instructions based on how target man operates. I do not like when my striker holds the ball as I prefer it leads the way in a quick fashion or sends through balls to the wings.
I heard, but I have not experienced striker issues, but my tactic in FM18 has either 2-3 Strikers or 2-3 players in AM position. Therefore, I always see high amount of chances, unless game IA has figured my tactic out to counter around mid-season.
However, I can see that you right side is more open with attack duties. What I would do is to keep Stiker's and AM's duty as attack, and go for Support duties with the wingers. It would keep it more balanced.
I wouldn't use RPM role when you have only 2 midfielders as if Pogba roams out of position and a counter attack starts, you are leaving your midfield with only 1 player. You might wanna you Pogba as AP, and Mata in AM role with attack duties?
