I have just started playing fm 18 and no matter what I do I can't find Phil Cannon. He will not come up in my searches and so far hasn't applied for the hoyd job advert. Anyone know how to find him in fm18 please?
He's in the database, I've looked him up in the editor. He hasn't appeared in any of my saves either. He was always my first hire.
The number of people shown in the staff search view is related to the clubs scouting knowledge I believe so maybe they just don't know about him. Or maybe you need to have a huge database when you start a save. Bernard Peters has comparable stats and he always seems to show up,I've been using him as my hoyd
