This is the first year that I'm solely playing FM Touch on my ipad due to personal reasons (travelling alot more makes the mobile version more accessible). One thing I've taken for granted is the ability to use Genie Scout. You take it for granted with the PC version because it's automatic in reading your current save file and generating the database.
On ipad, I am able to copy from my FM18 Touch folder a set of all my save files which are in FMV format (not sure what that is but it's the type used). However, due to the automated nature of Genie Scout and FMSE that are looking to a running PC version of the game, I am unable to directly select and open a save file.
Is there a way or alternative program that can be used to open my FMV file save and generate an associated DB to scout and explore? I really use it mostly to check regens and hidden attributes to understand if a player will be a trouble maker, hard worker, or not.
