genie scout 18 bug player data

All my player data seems corrupt in the genie scout. However, in-game, everything is just fine.
I tried starting a new game, just in case, but with the same result.
reinstall of the software didn't help either (fm scout)

The problem: All attributes are wrong, the countries are set to differing (mostly African) countries, in stead of what it should be..

soo pretty much it's useless right now.
Any ideas?

This usually happens if you haven't correctly set up the key sent to you in your email.

I have the same problem as swvo.
I deleted the key file and reistall the one Eugene sent me, but still i have same problem.
Is there any othe solution about that?

I have the same issue...i done what you done but the problem remains.
