FM18 Mac Assistant won't load players

Trying to load players but everytime i load it up it says players loaded

Trying to load players but everytime i load it up it says players loaded, tried eveyrthing from redownloading to trying to search for players, shortlists etc...

Stadiums etc will load, but no players.
