Refreshing list in Genie Scout

My question is if this a problem i have or if the list has/can be refreshed.
For example i make a search in Genie Scout make my signings and some days, weeks or months after that the players are still shown in the previous teams. Same goes for injuries etc.. they still the same. So i can i refresh the list?

it reads the save game, save it again and re-open the file and it will be up to date.
