The United States National Soccer Team's rise to prominence began when their new head coach Dwayne Northcutt declared that one day, the United States would be World Cup champions. His declaration would ring through the annals of the soccer world and even ruffle a few feathers. Jose Mourinho repeatedly made fun of Northcutt's claims as 'outrageous' and controversially stating 'He's not even worthy of polishing my shoes, let alone holding the World Cup.'

Sounds like somebody needs their ego to be knocked down a peg or two.

Note: I already played the opening game against Luxembourg because I didn't intend to play them but the game randomly generated them as opponents for the first game, and quite honestly, why in the world would the United States want to waste their time with Luxembourg?
