The changes for the USA Database on idea
MLS - no major changes other the addition of Nashville and Miami
USL - becomes second division some notable roster rule changes: Maximum roster of 23, limit of 7 foreign players, maximum of 5 players under 19, minimum of 5 domestic home grown players. adds teams from 2018 and 2019 but removes a few as well
USL Division 3 - minimum of 10 home grown players in the match squad. Some of the USL teams that became inactive moved to this division.
NPSL - 2 foreign player limit
ADL - all players must be 23 and under
USADA - all players must be 18 and under as of January 1 of the current year
Note: Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands not considered foreign
