Hello guys
I wanted to ask is there a program or which program(tool) i need to download so i can edit League rules?Because i want to change rules in 1 of the leagues i plan to play about Forgein players

I'm not sure how many rules you can change with it, but if you download the official pre-game editor from the tools section in your Steam library, you can certainly edit the league somewhat.
