Just bought a new laptop, which was much needed making FM run a hell of lot faster, but now need a new key for Genie Scout.

I'd imagine you would get a faster reply by emailing Eugene via the email address he first sent the key to you from (I don't know his email off the top of my head)
I have same Problem
reinstalled my Laptop and can't use key for genie 18.3.3
