not possible to change kits in Holland?

Im playin with Ajax on Fm 17 Touch.
and i cant change the kits in Holland.
.

every other country changes...and SSKCC17.3.2 v3.1 041217 by hammer9_C5ECCAD8-79BD-4C84-8D59-B32ED981D2E2 has changed the color to blue on the second kit....but i cant see the blue shirt

is it impossible to change holland kits?
