Anyone tried with this club so hard to find a winning tactic ,not a great club to manage but i think they deserve their rights to be in the premiership, tried every tactic going but to no avail.

Any tips would be great

This formation, very good results with Benevento from Italy and Chacarita from Argentina
With their only specialist senior striker injured for the first couple of months, it is a matter of using part timers such as Che Adams and Luke Vassell in a single striker system. Fortunately, there is enough talent in the AMR/L and MC/Dm ranks to support a 4-2-3-1 or variation of, to make do. I have recruited a TM (Mendes) and a DLF (Cacciatori... well something like that) to help the part timers though both are really backup troops in the long run. I financed buying Mendes by terminating all loans in.

I haven't got far yet in this save, but this is a club with the potential to do well, it will be a matter of using a system that will suit most and train others into the roles wanted.

Good luck to us both.

I find a simple 442 gets me promoted every time. Play a counter for the first round and ball control from January.

Jukie was leading goalscorer in Championship for me with Adams chiming in. I loan out Jota but use him next year in PL.
