I can't open my patch which is added the link above. I'm having a ridiculous incident and things have improved like that I use the pc without battery and I saved it while running in the database file. When I wanted to go WC power was off. So when I plug in the battery and turn on the pc again, the file does not appear when I click on the Upload Data button even though it is in the folder. As a long-time FM player I deleted the cache files, changed the file extension from fmf to dbc and xml and then removed the game and editor, cleared the registry and then re-laoded it but still the same.
