I am just about to start my fourth season as West Ham United manager. I want to be able to do well in more than one competition. I'll break down my first 3 seasons so you can have an idea of how I've done so far.
16/17:
PL: 8th
LC: 3rd round
FAC: 4th Round
EL: Quarter Final (lost to Barcelona, up until that tie I was unbeaten
17/18
PL: 6th
LC: 4th round
FAC: 4th round
EL: DNQ
18/19
PL: 10th
LC 4th round
FAC: 6th round
EL: Winners (unbeaten throughout competition)
I have around £60m to spend, but want to improve backroom staff and training techniques as well as buy new players.
Can anybody recommend coaches and/or training tips please?
