no more club flags etc / black squares after adboards/banners download

Hi all,
hope you can help me out here.

After following the steps to install the banners and adboard I lost the flags from the fans.

The adboards near the pitch are fine, but after that , from the stands, all the fanboards flags etc are just black squares.

somebody help please?!
