Problem loading FM Genie Scout 10

Hi,
I used to use FM Genie Scout but since yesterday I’m unable to run it.
When I try to load the program, it gets freeze on “Loading GUI Data” and I have to kill the process.
Can you please help me?

Hi,
Im having the exact same problem now, with no idea to fix it.
Did you guys resolve the issue? and if so, how?
Iv tried restarting the program on numerous occasions with no success.
Can anyone help me! Please!
