New to game - how do you heal entire club or individual players

Just purchased game. Can someone please describe how I can heal my entire club/team or an individual players.

I just got game so the more detail you can provide the better, since I have no idea where things like settings are.

Not sire if he official in-game editor can do it, but there is a fan-built 3rd party editor FMS Editor (FMSE) out there for a few pennies can do it all for you.
