Best Clubs For Regens

I have noticed over many of my games at various teams and leagues that the same teams seem to produce quailty regens throughout the game. So I though I would share some of these teams:

Racing Club. Argentina - In my Betis save I have bought about 3 or 4 players from them who have then gone onto be worth £15mil or more easy.
Shaktar Donetesk. Ukraine
Boca Juniours. Aregentina
Real Madrid - Check the reserves and other subsidery teams.
Also look into the Middle east leagues where you can some times find some quality players

no clubs in general imho.
but the lower english leagues usually get a lot of sick regens.
spain aswell.

brazilian clubs tend to be rather strong for regens - the likes of fluminese, santos, gremio etc etc etc.

top level french teams, and man u and chelsea are the best in europe imo

i don't have any clue about the best one but i got 3 from italy, 1 from russia, 1 from spain, and 2 from france

Spain are good, i got a couple from valencia that were alright.
