yeah.
so i've got a defender, who's having personal problems for the third time in 6 months now. i already gave him a one month leave of absence twice and don't really wanna let him go again.
anything else you could do against it?
make sure you hide all of the sharp objects and/or weapons just in case??
Ah, you need to go to Interaction then select "Tell X to man up and grow a pair!" :P
looks like the two of you had some fun with a clown last night...
Isn't there a option where you let him go as long as they need because i had that in FM '09 with Pierre Ducasse and i think i'm not to sure it let him have as much time as he needed not 100% sure though. Let him go again and if it persists i'd suggest selling him? :)
unfortunately letting him go is not an option since he is by far the best defender in the world :(
but something strange is happening right now.
all of a sudden he is performing better than ever(rating above 8.0 is pretty much every game) since he has personal problems again and i didn't allow him a leave ob absence.
I had a similar problem with one of my players not long ago, the assistant told me to give him leave of absence for a month he came back and was fine for a while. He got problems again, sent him away for a month and he came back, no problems since. I think it all depends on the player tbh ;)
damnit that sucks...
have to keep him here because otherwise my left side is wide open as he's pretty much the only one that can stop the likes of messi and CR...
As far I know the best defenders in the game buddy have got high adaptability so I guess has got to do with your status as a manager in your team or is angry with a team-mate so don't put him play together!
I had the same problems with young players who took them each a yr to adjust!
So, who is this best defender in the world who has low adaptability I am curious!
that's him:

and now that you mention it, i bought a new defending prospect and it said "juliano thinks darren brown won't fulfill his full potential if he doesn't change his attitude" while darren brown hat "thinks juliano shouldn't take himself so seriously"...
that might be the root of all evil...
unfortunately both are absolutely sick...
