I have paid for this product twice now to make sure i got the details correct and have not recieved the license on either occasions
Hi,

As a rule of thumb, you shouldn't pay more than once for the same thing.

Normally once an order goes through, everything is automatic and you should receive your license via email at once.

If your order was rejected by the FastSpring service as a fraud risk, it means there's something wrong with the order. For example, if you try to pay using a card based in a different country than the one you currently reside is a high risk for their system.

In case your orders are rejected, the money are not taken, it's only preauthorisation and will be released in next few days.
