Nation Youth Rating Editing

I was told that with the new update and nation editing you would be able to edit a nations youth rating but as far as i know there is no way to do so.

We introduced nation editing with v2.1.0.0, but it's not 100% finished yet. As stated on the version announcement more Nations properties will follow in further updates.
