Hi, i'm new here! I've discovered this forum trying to reach the way to contact one specific user (@timo@) because he did a brilliant job creating small nation from France regional areas. After that I saw that there are a couple of peoples who can probably help me in what I would do. So let me explain better which is the problem I'm finding.
I've already tried a similar thing with fm15 but not talk about that as in fm18 I would improve the experience editing.
I'm a big fan of Cagliari (capital of Sardinian Island) and I'd love to see Cagliari team like Athletic Bilbao. As it's not possibile to change this in FM code so I can't force Cagliari to buy only "Sardinian people" as Bilbao can only have "Basque" and let participate to Italian competitions, my aim is to create the Sardinian nation and move all the teams player and and staff to this new nation.
As I also would give the possibility to the new National Team participate to national team competition like Euro Qualifying and WC qualifying I've decided to edit starting from an existing nation (San Marino). Unfortunately I found one problem doing this.
In a specific area into the game (i.e. into the details of a player or staff) the game keep the graphic "sanmarinese" where the game is telling us his nationality. The first suggestion is to change the alternative names and I've done already but Timo tried also to give me a way to edit a specific file ("nation") after extracting from Resourcer Archive where it will be possible to edit another line opening the editor after, but I'm not able to find the proper "nation" file to edit.
Someone can help me about?
