I don't know how about your finances, but I signed Andreas Pereira for free on my 2nd season from Manchester United and I play him as an advanced playmaker midfielder on a 4-1-2-3 DM WB Wide and he's doing ridiculous amounts of assists and sometimes goals. His freekick rating is 19 and almost every set pieace is a certain goal when he's shooting.
If he fits into your wage budget and you can buy him for free on pre contract, don't think twice. And he's only 23 yo and have high potential.
