Playing a save at Betis and wanting to implement the 3-4-2-1 or the 3-4-1-2 but I find it difficult to fit the roles in the game to real life of how Tello and Junior play. Does anyone have any tips?

So, 3 CB systems are very good if you have Midfielders that can defend very well. The point is, most of wingers are much better attacking than defending, so you have to stabilize your defense by having Central Midfielders that can defend very well as they are able to build up your attack! You either exploit the wings or you play from the middle, imo in any of those systems playing from the middle is better because most of the times you always have more men in the middle than the opponent.
Thanks, I wasn't sure how to play Junior and Tello on the wings are they move so much in real life. The midfielders are William, Tello, Junior, and Guardardo with Canales and De lo Cesa at the attacking mid
