Tactic isn't working as desired.

]So, I have been trying different tactics that I have downloaded from this site, and none seems to work properly for my team.
I'm currently playing with Chelsea, and I have bought some improvements for my squad. Milinkovic-Savic is my new main midfielder along Kante and Jorginho, and I was lucky enough to get Icardi and Mbappe in the same transfer window (for a total amount of 300M, after selling William, Fabregas and Loftus-Cheek for almost 180M).
However, seems that I'm unable to use my main players properly, as they don't get enough possession of the ball to use their skills. Yeah, I win most of the games, but after a quick look to the analysis of the passes done by my team, it seems that my fullbacks are the ones who always make the most number of passes, nevertheless my inside-forwards (hazard and Mbappe) don't participate in the game as half as my fullbacks. Milinkovic-Savic, another jewel of my team, also seems to be unable to get the ball as Here you can see my tactics and the analysis after the first half time against Bournemouth.
I beg you to some advice to fix this issue!

They are staying too far forward and are being isolated from the play. I think the attacking movement is quite bad on this FM, which is also reported by many players on the sigames forum. Solution is to put the IFs on support and see how that works for you or change formation.

Btw Savic prefers to play on the left CM position.
