I started play FM last year and always finished mid-to-bottom half of the table. This year, it's the same situation. I was at Djurgarden for 7 years and never finished above 8th in the table. I got sacked after losing in the Swedish Cup final 1-0 in extra time. I then joined Den Haag and saved them from relegation in about 6 games. The following year, I lost 11 straight games and got sacked. Finally, I am currently at Sheffield Wednesday and I've won one game in about 7. I fiddle with tactics and player roles constantly trying to find the right winning combo. Is there any secret info or trick that I don't know about or is it something I am doing wrong?? It's so frustrating!!
well to be honest ive been in ur situation before but then i started winning. i am currently the manager of the south african team ajax cape town and ive won the premire league and heaps of other cups and i might be moving to fullham. The trick is to get some good coaches, a gd assistant manager and good players. When it comes to tactics well you need to go to backroom advice and see wats the other teams weakness. For example some teams play good against 4-4-2 tactic but then play bad against a 5-4-1 tactic. Also you should be aware of the tactics you use, like have an attacking tactic fo games where u know youll dominate, have a defensive tacticfo games where ur unsure bout whether youll win and have a control taactic for whether you want a draw or a close win. I hope these things help you out and you dnt get fired or lose as much..
heres some pictures of the tactics that helped me
