Crash dumb during save game

Hi guys.
During a save, the game had a crash dumb and was terminated, of course. The impact of this is that I can't load the save game that was created (or not). I am using the 10.3 patch.
Any ideas?

Have you posted this on the official SI forums mate? They should be able to come up with an answer about this.
