Tips before I start my first game

So FM19 has been purchased, my first since FM14!

The latest squad update has been downloaded from here and now I turn to you guys.

What things should I do before starting my first game?

Anything else worth downloading? Any editing that needs doing before I start?

Graphic packs litteraly change the game.
I always download packs for Kits, Crests, Trophies, Faces, Real names and find a skin that suits you well !
